This week we have had a number of photos of work sent into school including an obstacle course created in one of our families back gardens, baking, art,  reading and coloring book covers of our children's favourite books and much more. Please see photos of the work created below.

Week Commencing 4th May 2020
 
It is VE Day this coming Friday so I am launching a competition to commemorate this special and important day. All children are invited to enter!
To enter children must submit a piece of artwork to tell the story of what VE Day is all about. This can be in any media - pencil, paint, collage, sculpture etc.

Below is a recipe for a Quiche that one of our Year 5 students put a lot of effort into.
One of our Reception children has been engaged in making salt dough and baking activities at home.
 
Lexi Parker in Pine class has been writing a letter to her pen pal, Amy. Super writing Lexi, well done! 
Children in Year 2 were set the task of watching a short video clip about Pablo Picasso and then they were asked to draw a self portrait of a family member recalling their skills learned in our art lessons. Below is an image from one of our children.

Noah in Year 2 made this robot with his brother.
He has named it 'Robot 6'
Maleeha and her family have helped the local community by delivering essential food hampers.
 
 
This work was sent from one of our children in Reception. the child has done a hand print painting relating to the story of The Hungry Caterpillar.
